Returns and RefundsIf you're not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. But as a courtesy to our other customers, we ask that you only return items in the condition you received them so that someone else might enjoy it. If you had to uncover wrapping to peek into your purchase, do give us a call. We promise to be reasonable.
Delivery Charges
Delivery within Singapore is S$5.00 per order regardless of quantity. For orders above S$100.00, delivery charges are waived. Orders will be sent via Singapore Post. Orders too large to be sent via the post will be delivered by us in which case, we would be in touch to arrange a delivery date and time.
International deliveries will be charged actual shipping rates. Please contact us for a quote.
Exchange Rate Used in Pricing
We now use an exchange rate of 1.7 SGD to the USD.
Although the Singapore Dollar has strengthened against the US Dollar, shipping costs have only increased (almost 25% in the last year) and seem set to continue that trend. The price you see is what you pay. We absorb shipping costs and GST.
